Assembled in 2013, it was designed for ease of operation. The massive router and numerous remote panels allow all signals to be controlled by the router eliminating cumbersome patching entirely. All monitors are fed directly from the HD router.
Four transmission paths are provided by two dedicated dual channel frame syncs. Each path may be set to any output format with up to 16 channels of embedded audio.
A Fiber Booth Kit requires only one fiber pair between the MU and booth kit to transport all signals digitally, with no loss for up to 10 kilometers. (6.2 miles)
Audio: 16 Microphone/line inputs for talent and effects. Eight 2 channel IFB outputs and 8 Intercom channels
Video: 4 video paths to/from MU (typically used for booth monitors, house feeds, booth cameras. 20 x 20 HD router with monitor, for HD signal distribution to and from booth kit.
Ethernet: Transports Internet connections to and from the MU. Provides connectivity for the MU router panels. (LD, etc.)
