| Mr.
Taylor has served the Telecommunications Industry as an independent appraiser for
financial institutions, video production companies and television stations. He has
qualified as an Expert Witness before the United States Bankruptcy Courts as an expert in
equipment valuations. Harvey Caplan Mr. Caplan's career began as a design engineer and design group manager in the Aerospace industry. He then moved into the television broadcast industry in 1960 at CBS Laboratories where his design accomplishments included the Lunar Orbitor Program, the DRIPS Program, the Linotron System, the Vidifont and various engineering broadcast projects. Mr. Caplan's television broadcast marketing, sales, and management career includes CBS, Thomson Broadcast, Ikegami and Chyron. He has further served the industry as a broker and as an independent appraiser for financial institutions, video production companies, television stations and movie production facilities. Wes Dooley, AES Mr. Dooley has been active in the audio field since 1964. A college graduate with a Broadcast Technology Certification, Mr. Dooley has designed and installed numerous recording facilities as well as working in production and post production. Mr. Dooley is President of Audio Engineering Associates which specializes in Professional audio equipment designs, sales and appraisals. He has authored and published papers and been active in the AES, locally and nationally. Dudley Freeman
Mr. Freeman was the Co-Founder and President of UniiGo Communications.
In 1988 he founded Taurus Communications and held the position of President
and CEO. Taurus provided Ku and C band transportable uplink and satellite
services to television and business networks around the world. Taurus was
one of the first companies to utilize MPEG 2, SCPC and MCPC digital
compression for simulcasting and major television network program
contribution. Prior to Taurus Mr. Freeman was the President and Founder of
BAF Communications Corp., one of the first Ku-band transportable satellite
transmission vehicle manufacturing and integration companies. Mr. Freeman
was the first person to utilize transportable technology to transmit the
first live TV news broadcast from the Grand Canyon. In addition, he is a
General Partner in Satellite Business Television (SBT), in the Netherlands,
a leader in providing mobile television vehicles throughout Europe. In 1980
Mr. Freeman was involved with the founders of ESPN by providing them with
remote television facilities at their start-up location in Plainville, CT. Lloyd D. Smithson
